# Cantomore third-party software notices

This legal notice accompanies distributed Cantomore JavaScript and WebAssembly.
It is not promotional copy. The WebAssembly runtime statically links the Opus
codec library and is generated with Emscripten. Cantomore product and voice
permissions are stated separately in the package's `LICENSE.md` and
`voice-manifest.json`.

## LLVM libc++ and libc++abi

The compiled C++ runtime components are provided under Apache License 2.0 with
LLVM Exceptions. The LLVM object-code exception permits portions embedded by
compilation to be redistributed without Apache sections 4(a), 4(b), and 4(d).
The full upstream licence remains in the Emscripten toolchain used to reproduce
the build.

## Build-only tools

FFmpeg, NumPy, SciPy, SoundFile, PyWORLD and imageio-ffmpeg are development or
offline build dependencies. They are not bundled as separately executable
components in the published Cantomore voice WASM. If that distribution boundary
changes, their applicable notices must be added before release.
